We take calls from homeowners across the country and travel only for large investigations. The rest need a good local inspector. We are building a small network of professionals we are comfortable sending people to.
What we look for
- You investigate causes, not just collect samples
- You do not perform remediation on jobs you inspect
- Current certifications and insurance
- Clear, readable reports
- You answer the phone
How it works: we qualify the caller, explain the problem to you, and hand over the job. As the network grows we will offer a revenue share to partners with a track record. Terms are discussed one to one.
